Scientific Events | Wilhelmlab hosted a hackathon @ EuBIC-MS Dev Meeting
Four of our lab members, Armin, Ayla, Daniela and Omar, attended this years EuBIC-MS Developers Meeting, 2nd - 7th February in Brixen.
They attended hackathons on experimental metadata annotation, DIA data visualization and hosted a hackathon on adding PyTorch to the DLOmix framework for deep learning in proteomics (https://github.com/EuBIC/EuBIC2025/discussions/15)
