I joined the group as a PostDoc in July 2023. I am working on Spatial transcriptomics to develop methods that project single-cells to spatial layout and downstream analysis that study gene regulatory components. On the side, I am interested in developing methods for alternative splicing and transcriptomics in both bulk and single-cells data.
