As a Bioinformatics Ph.D. candidate, I am working on predicting drug response using proteomics data and machine learning methods within the BMBF-funded DROP2AI project.
I did my Master's thesis on the influence of data leakage on the field of protein-protein-interaction prediction. During my work as a Student Research assistant, I have contributed to projects from the field of computational systems biology and network medicine, like disease module mining, in silico drug repurposing, and a platform for CyTOF data and differential expression analysis.
