Content: Vorlesung: Vermittlung von molekular-biologischen Grundkenntnisse, von der Genstruktur zum Expressionsvektor, vom Genom zur Genomveränderung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei methodisches Wissen zu vermitteln von Methoden zur Erzeugung von genetisch modifizierten Säugetier-Zellen, Zucht und Haltung genetisch veränderter Tiere und gesetzliche Auflagen werden ebenfalls erläutert. Im Übungsteil werden wichtige Aspekte der DNA Manipulation gelehrt.
