I have joined the DaiSyBio group since November 2024 as a visiting researcher (from Nakato group, University of Tokyo). I am interested in explaining biological systems using data-driven approaches. I have collaborated on several exploratory projects using transcriptomics, epigenetics and 3D genome structure. Currently, I am developing algorithms to identify groups of interacting genes in single-cell experiments, and interested in the holistic view constructed through the integration os multiple other large-scale omics layers.
