Hello everyone, I'm currently a Ph.D. student at DaiSyBio. I became part of this lab in July 2023, diving into my doctoral research. My focus lies in unraveling the intricate connections between microbiome and the human body. This involves identifying potential biomarkers, classifying diseases, etc. During my master's program, I delved deeply into the correlation between vaginal microbiome and premature birth, utilizing machine learning models to construct predictive frameworks. Building upon this foundation, my aim now is to leverage ML/DL techniques on microbial data to unearth compelling microbial signals.
