Server Infrastructure

The Chair of Experimental Bioinformatics has a DFG-funded compute server grid consisting of 5x 40 CPU cores and 384 GB memory as well as a 80 CPU core 1.5 TB memory main node for interactive analyses. We further have a web application server with 80 CPU cores and 768 GB of memory for deploying scientific web applications and web tools for bioinformatics and systems biomedicine. This compute infrastructure is in principle also accessible for other groups at the Technical University of Munich. If you need access please contact Markus List (markus.list(at)tum.de).
