Since its foundation in 1978, the Wartburg Symposium belongs to the internationally most respected meetings in the area of Flavor Science. The 10th Wartburg Symposium was held at the historical Wartburg castle in Eisenach, Germany and took place from April 16 to 19, 2013. The purpose of the Symposium, which had a focus on Flavor Chemistry & Biology, was to bring together prominent scientists in these areas to share their insights into chemistry as well as perception and biochemical transduction of aroma and taste compounds.
We certainly hope to see you next year in Eisenach.
