Specific and unspecific immobilization on beads

To obtain affinity matrices, we usually immobilize the linkable molecules / peptides onto Sepharose beads using amidation or CuAAC chemistry. Additionally we are developing beads equipped with (photo)reactive chemical moieties able to unspecifically react with unmodified (natural) molecules that allow expedient target deconvolution efforts.
